It is Bail Bond's policy that personal information, such as your name, mailing and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential. Therefore, the personal information you provide is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to reply to your request or to answer your questions). For example, when you need to know how much it will cost and how long it will take to get your loved one out of jail, the personal information you provide will be used to get this information from the proper authorities so that we can give you the answers you need. However, it will never be used for any other purpose that is not considered vital to the bail process.

The types of personal information collected are:
Your name and other contact information.
The name, address, date of birth, and race of the person for which you are posting bail.
Arrest and booking information such as the jail at which they are being held and on what grounds, etc.

Release of Information to Third Parties
Your personal information will never be released to a third party under any circumstances except when related to the bail process in your particular case. Any information that is not essential to the bail process will never be released.

Our Commitment To Data Security
Your data, whether obtained online or obtained in person will be seen and handled by only those necessary to process your bail request. Only authorized personnel of Bail Bonds and the appropriate county officials will see or have access to such information.

How You Can Correct Your Information
If any information we have on file for you or those being detained is deemed incorrect, we will first verify your identity with the appropriate identification and then make the appropriate corrections.
